At GlideSales, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- You must provide your order number and reason for return
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@glidesales.com with your order number
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer responsibility)
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items used or not in original condition
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Personalized or custom items
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
